Emma graduated from Leeds University with a Business degree. Fluent in German she has lived in the Middle East, Germany, the UK and the Netherlands. Her career spans consultancy, internal recruitment and human resources, working across Benelux, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, South Africa and in the UK for large blue chip organisations. She was responsible for building the German operation for a global recruitment organisation, has recruited across the mobile and fixed telecommunications markets and has been involved in director level strategic consulting within one of the worlds largest network services organisations.
