Marianne gained her extensive recruitment experience within a leading global technology Executive Search environment. Entering as a graduate, Marianne progressed from Consultant to Regional Manager for the Benelux within 5 years of joining the organisation. Opening the Benelux business in January 2000, she achieved operating profits in the first year, (the first overseas office in the company's history to do so).

Her own recruitment career spans the technology markets of CRM, Call Centre, Billing, Fixed Telecommunications and IT Services, operating at Senior Management Level, building and developing new client bases within these areas. Marianne is the founder and Managing Director of SR Consulting Europe.
